    Vegan Ranch Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Chickpea salad sandwich is similar to a tuna salad or chicken salad sandwich but better. This ranch chickpea salad sandwich tastes like cool ranch chips- oh, the flavors! Yum! Only 15 minutes to make.

    Vegan Tofu Caesar Wrap

The chewy tofu bites are everything in this recipe. You can make the tofu and dressing ahead of time so these wraps can be super quick to prepare, perfect for bringing to work, school, for an easy lunch or weeknight meal. If you don't have wraps you can also use a pita.

    Hearty Vegan Tofu Salad Sandwich

With granny smith apple, dried cranberries, walnuts, and baked tofu bites mixed with vegan mayonnaise and dijon mustard. The perfect make-ahead sandwich for work or school.

    Soups

    Vegan Alphagetti

Homemade, kid-friendly alphabet pasta- just 9 ingredients and 30 minutes to make. The fun way to eat tomato soup!

I would love if you included soy-free, gluten-free, oil-free, nut-free, etc... in your descriptions when you do big recipe round-ups. It would be helpful to those of us with food-allergies or other who just follow certain dietary guidelines. Thank you.
