In reply to Julie. Aww thank you Carol and Julie! I don't know if you have tried it yet, but I recommend my vegan mac & cheese mix, and vegan ramen mix which are also pretty handy! And if you have my cookbook Fast Easy Cheap Vegan, there is a recipe for mushroom gravy mix which is my mom's all time fave :)

YES! Absolutely agree! This is the most ridiculously useful mix! I use it for Seitan and chickpea eggs too.

The Tofu Scramble Spice Mix is absolutely the best. Some days I'm so tired and think "oh man, I ran out of spice mix", then I actually think through that and say to myself..."this only takes a couple minutes to put together, JUST DO IT". I have used this on tofu, popcorn, popped sorghum and most recently soy curls (the soy curls I need to adjust the salt for). So tasty and it is on a sticky note on the inside of my spice cupboard door. I have won over non-vegans with this mix and tofu for scrambled eggs.

This is incredible. I’m plant-based and trying to reduce my egg and dairy consumption and HOLY crap! This is everything. Breakfast is the biggest hurdle for me and sometimes I get tired of smoothies and overnight oats. You have opened new doors for me with this. The seasoning mix is INCREDIBLE and look, everybody! No egg shells!!

This powder mix is genius!! You can whip up a scramble in minutes, I love it!!!
The only thing that I usually change is that I don't put kala namak in the mix because I noticed that if I put it when it's cooking the flavour will be very subtle so I just sprinkle it on top of the scramble at the end for an extra eggy flavour 😀

This is a great mix to have on hand - no need to mix spices whenever you want to put together a quick scramble. Add veggies or vegan meats for variety - delicious!

I keep a jar of this on hand at all times. It even tastes good in my pumfu scramble. I could eat tofu and pumfu all day long, so this blend is great to use almost everyday.

I love this! I had been using another influencers recipe for scrambled tofu. It had many many ingredients. Love that yours is so simple! It’s absolutely delicious! I have to admit I have sprinkled it on other things like rice and pasta. I guess one could say I’m addicted

It's delicious, but you're right. I had to add an entire additional container of nutritional yeast to try to dilute the 4 teaspoons of salt. Silver lining is I have more seasoning ‍♀️

fwiw, I pressed my tofu thoroughly, then made 1/4inch slices and coated them in this seasoning and fried in oil, was a very delicious almost eggy/chicken strip. thanks again!
