If I had to pick a favourite food group it would be pasta. Delicious noodles tossed with endless sauce options, I could eat pasta every day and be totally satisfied. So today, to celebrate my love of all things noodles, I'm sharing with you 40 Easy Vegan Pasta Recipes! Everything from tomato to creamy sauces, spicy to hearty, veggie pack to vegan cheese.
