I just made this yesterday. I didn't have parsley, so I used a salt-free italian herb blend. it tastes like pizza! It's so good, this is definitely going in heavy rotation.

In reply to Philippa. Hi Phillippa, you could mix, knead, and do the first rise in the bread machine (steps 1 - 3). Then you would need to roll it out, shape it by hand, and bake it in a bread pan. I hope that helps!
