    For coconut milk, I recommend using coconut milk beverage (the kind in a carton) as it’s lighter compared to canned coconut milk, which is higher in fat. If you only have canned coconut milk, you can dilute it with water (use half coconut milk and half water). If neither type of coconut milk is available, any plant-based milk like oat or almond milk will work as a substitute.

    If you want a protein-packed smoothie, consider adding a scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder or a sprinkle of chia seeds or hemp hearts.

      i encourge you to develop other way for sweetness. Sugar is the # 1 enemy of perfect health. As for you not being vthis or that. The pros ofvthis sort and the other have their blinders on and the sort of creativity you do is not available to them. They can think only in the cterms they are trained.
